Founded in 2011, WINTEC PRECISION MACHINING CO., LIMITED (Shenzhen Wintec Precision Components Co., Ltd.) manufactures high-precision, small-to-medium batch mechanical components. WINTEC MACHINING is the trading name we use for the website and our brand; contracts, invoices and our ISO 9001 certificate are issued under the registered name above.
With a workforce of over 120 professionals and 98 sets of precision equipment, our facility features Citizen and Tsugami Swiss-type lathes, Okuma CNC lathes, Brother machining centers, and Haas 5-axis machining centers. Quality is verified through dual Zeiss CMM inspection systems, and we operate a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Materials we machine
Aluminum alloys, copper alloys, stainless steel and engineering plastics. The material grade is confirmed against your drawing or specification before production.
In-house processes
Swiss-type turning, fixed-head CNC turning, 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis milling and mill-turn — programmed, set up and inspected in our own shop.
Outsourced processes
Surface treatment, heat treatment and cast blanks are arranged through long-term local specialist partners: anodizing, plating, chemical nickel, black oxide, alodine, passivating, DLC, powder coating and heat treatment. Process specification and inspection requirements are reviewed for each project.
Responsibility boundary: for cast blanks (gravity casting, investment casting) the blank is supplied by the customer or by an external foundry — WINTEC carries out the machining operations performed in-house.

A formal quotation follows the engineering review and depends on the drawing, material, quantity and any outsourced processes. Complex parts, outsourced finishing or requests received outside our working hours may take longer.
