Inquiry acknowledged within 24 hours

A formal quotation follows the engineering review and depends on the drawing, material, quantity and any outsourced processes. Complex parts, outsourced finishing or requests received outside our working hours may take longer.

What to include with your drawings

  • A dimensioned drawing (PDF / DWG / DXF / STEP)
  • A 3D model, if you have one
  • Material and surface finish requirements
  • Quantity per delivery and total quantity
  • Tolerances and critical features
  • The delivery date you need

If something is not settled yet, leave it out and tell us what is still open. For drawings that require an NDA, please contact us first and we will put the agreement in place before you send any files. How drawings are transferred and stored is covered in the FAQ below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about MOQ, quotations, tolerances, materials and delivery.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No fixed MOQ. We specialize in small-to-medium batch production.

How do I get a quote? What do you need from me?

Send your drawings to marketing@wintec-machining.com or use the form on this page. We acknowledge your request within 24 hours and tell you whether we can quote. The formal quotation follows the engineering review and depends on the drawing, material, quantity and any outsourced processes — complex parts, outsourced finishing, or requests received outside working hours can take longer. Please include a dimensioned drawing, a 3D model if available, material and finish requirements, quantities, and the delivery date you need.

What tolerances can you achieve?

Tolerances are reviewed against the drawing, material, geometry and inspection requirements, feature by feature. Critical features and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production. Send the drawing with the tolerances you need and we will confirm what the specified process and material can hold. Machine accuracy is not the same thing as the tolerance achievable on a finished part.

What materials can you machine?

Aluminum alloys, stainless steel (304 / 316L), copper alloys and engineering plastics. We also machine cast blanks (gravity casting, investment casting): the blank is supplied by you or by an external foundry and we carry out the machining. The material grade is confirmed against your drawing or specification before production.

Can you handle surface treatment?

Yes. We work with long-term local specialist surface treatment partners for anodizing, plating, chemical nickel, black oxide, alodine, passivating, DLC and powder coating.

Do you support small-batch production?

Yes. We focus on small-to-medium batch, multi-variety production.

What certifications do you hold?

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (NQA, certificate no. 41888, valid until 30 May 2027); the scope is the manufacture and sale of hardware accessories. This is a quality management system certification, not a product certification, and we do not hold AS9100, ISO 13485 or IATF 16949. Certificate details are on the Quality page.

What is your lead time and how do you ship?

Lead time is confirmed after we review the drawing, the material and the quantity. International shipping is available via DHL, FedEx, air or sea freight.

What should I include with my drawings?

A dimensioned drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP), a 3D model if you have one, the material and surface finish you need, the quantity per delivery and the total quantity, the tolerances and critical features, and the delivery date you are working to. If any of these is not settled yet, send what you have and tell us what is still open.

Can you work under an NDA? How are our drawings handled?

Yes. Please contact us before sending files that require an NDA and we will put the agreement in place first. Drawings sent through this site are transferred over an encrypted connection, stored outside the public web directory, and reachable only by our engineering team through an authenticated download that is logged. We do not pass customer drawings or part identities to third parties, and we do not publish customer names, drawing numbers or identifiable product images.
